Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
& Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)
Clinical signs of facial aging include wrinkles, open pores, pigmentation, and sagging. These are caused by changes in all layers of skin, loss of subcutaneous fat, downward migration of the fat pads, as well as increased sebum and melanin production. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) aid in the reversal of these clinical signs.
PRP/PRF treatment benefits include:
-
Even skin color and texture
-
Better tissue tension which helps decrease wrinkle depth. stimulation of dermal fibroblast proliferation,
-
Increase type I collagen production
-
Increase the dermal elasticity
-
Hyaluronic acid synthesis
-
Smoother and tighter skin.
Whats the difference between PRP and PRF?
The biggest reason why PRF is that much more effective than PRP is that it gives patients the same benefits as PRP, however it releasers more growth factors overtime- research shows for about 1 week post procedure. Which means that it continues working for you even after the procedure is done
How is the procedure done?
We use a 2 step approach in order to maximize client results. The procedure involves the following steps: We apply topical anesthesia to your face while we draw your blood in special PRF tubes. . We retrieve the PRF and divide it in 2 sets of syringes, one that we will use to inject with a small needle throughout the face, and another set that we will use topically with microneedling.

Does it hurt?
What's the recovery like?
Because topical anesthesia is used the procedure is well tolerated. In terms of the recovery, your face will be red that same day after the procedure so we do not recommend having any events for that day. We encourage patients not to wash their face for 4 hrs post procedure, after that they can wash their face and resume their skincare routine.
Bio Filler - Plasma Gel
The Plasma Bio-Filler Facelift is an exciting aesthetic process, which is relatively new to the industry. Instead of using traditional synthetic fillers created in the lab, we create bio-filler using the patients own plasma. The procedure of obtaining the plasma is the same as PRP/PRF with the only difference being how we process the plasma to give it the consistency of filler. This procedure is ideal for those looking for a more natural alternative that synthetic fillers. This treatment also achieves bio-stimulation with stem cells and growth factors producing collagen. The first results are visible immediately after the treatment and effects of the neocollagenesis production can be seen after 2-4 weeks. It is also our prefered treatment modality for dark circles and tear troughs.
